Our exceptional terroir
Located in Ambonnay, one of the few Grand Cru vineyards in Champagne, we benefit from a southern exposure for optimum sunshine and chalky soils that are ideal for growing vines.
Our vines, mainly Pinot Noir, add a unique touch to our cuvées, enriched by the Chardonnay that we also grow.
Vinification
Our vinification techniques in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats preserve the freshness and structure of our champagnes, while respecting the natural aromas of our grapes.
We use malolactic fermentation for our blended cuvées, with special practices for our vintages to ensure slow maturation and preserve their freshness.
