As an integral part of the "Coteaux, Maisons et Caves de Champagne" UNESCO World Heritage Site, we are committed to preserving and promoting this exceptional heritage. Every bottle of champagne we produce reflects this harmony between man and nature, distilling the pure essence of our terroir into every bubble.
A REASONED AND CERTIFIED APPROACH
With High Environmental Value (HVE) certification, we limit the use of phytosanitary products, opting for innovative alternative treatments. These solutions, which respect the ecosystem, enable us to grow grapes that capture the essence of our terroir while preserving the natural balance. Thanks to this integrated approach, we are able to guarantee exceptional champagnes, offering outstanding taste quality while reinforcing our commitment to sustainability and biodiversity.
Cultivate with Care

For many years, we have chosen to cultivate our vines without the use of heavy mechanical machinery. By reverting to traditional methods such as ploughing, we have seen a positive impact on the health of our soils and their biodiversity.
